How to Become a Wholesaler: Become a PTM wholesaler and enjoy a deep discount on all items! To qualify, you will need to provide us with a copy of a reseller license/permit, matching proof of ID, fill out a PTM reseller certificate, and place an initial order of $2,000 or more. Wholesalers are required to spend a minimum of $2,000 each year to maintain their wholesale account with us. Also, all purchases are final and there are no returns or exchanges. Wholesaler Shipping Policy: Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours from our distribution warehouse in Compton, CA. All orders will be shipped in the order received. UPS Ground is used whenever possible and can be tracked via www.ups.com. Should your order exceed UPS size and weight limits, an LTL truck carrier shall be selected. If you prefer to use a specific trucking line, please provide us with their contact information and your account information (if applicable). We also provide drop ship services, please provide a correct address and phone number for all drop-ship orders. ALL orders must be submitted in writing via fax or email. Wholesaler Return Policy: All wholesale purchases are final and there are no returns or exchanges unless due to a product defect. Defective products must be brought to our attention within 30 business days with the original packaging materials including any printed materials inside, accompanied by the original receipt.
